In a state where many young people struggle with depression, isolation, substance abuse and hopelessness, Bible camp becomes a place of friendship, worship and hope. Many children hear the gospel for the very first time. Some receive their very first Bible.

At camp, they are reminded they are deeply loved by God and never alone. They return home encouraged, seen and strengthened in faith.

For many children in remote Alaska communities, the desire to come to Echo Ranch Bible Camp is there, but the finances are not.

Many families simply cannot afford the cost of camp and travel. For children outside Juneau, transportation alone can cost more than camp itself. Some need to come by seaplane. Others endure a long ferry journey that can take days.

Without scholarships, many children would never have the opportunity to go.

And yet camp is often where everything changes.

Your gift can help remove the financial barrier and make camp possible for a disadvantaged child in Alaska.
